We granted you a non-transferable, non- exclusive license to use the app on your device, subject to these terms, the privacy policy and any applicable app store rules (which for any avoidance of doubt will be incorporated into these terms by reference). We reserve all other rights. Morgan Price International Healthcare Ltd (‘Morgan Price’) is not able to make any guarantees about the accuracy or quality of the data made available through the app.

1. You’ll comply with all reasonable guidelines issued by Morgan Price from time to time in relation to your use of the app
2. Any trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the app and data made available through the app belong to Morgan Price or its third-party suppliers or licensors and does not  belong to you. You will not (or encourage anyone else) in any circumstances to try to pass off the data made available on the app as your or their own.
3. In the event that Morgan Price reasonably believes that you are failing to meet with these terms and conditions it has the right to temporarily stop your use of the app immediately. This may, at Morgan Price’s sole discretion, continue until you are able to demonstrate to Morgan Price’s reasonable satisfaction that these terms and conditions have not  been and will not  be broken by you.
4. The other terms and conditions relating to your Morgan Price policy where relevant, apply to your use of this app.
5. The app is provided to you free of charge, although certain features of the app will only be available to you if you are a Morgan Price member.
6. The app hasn’t been developed to meet your individual needs so it’s your responsibility to ensure that the facilities and functions of the app meet your needs.
7. Morgan Price will not allow access to the Morgan Price App to any Jailbroken or rooted devices in order to safeguard the data and privacy of its users.
8. Morgan Price keeps the right to grant or restrict the access to certain app features at any time to any user without previous notice.
9. Content review – You acknowledge that, in order to ensure compliance with legal obligations, Morgan Price may be required to review certain content submitted to the app to determine whether it is illegal or whether it violates these terms (such as when unlawful content is reported to us). We may also modify, prevent access to, delete, or refuse to display content that we believe violate the law or these terms. However, otherwise Morgan Price has no obligation to monitor or review any content submitted to the app.
10. Morgan Price does not  limit its liability to you for death or personal injury occurring from its negligence or for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English Law.
11. Except in situations where we don’t limit our liability (as set out above), our maximum aggregate liability under or in connection with your use of the app or these conditions of use, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will in all circumstances be limited to the price paid for the app. We’ll have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business opportunity.
12. The app is for private use only. You agree not to use the app for any commercial or business purposes.
13. These terms and conditions and any dispute, claim or obligation (whether contractual or non- contractual) arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation will be governed by English law.
14. You agree that the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim relating to your use of the app.
